Easy Stuffing Recipes


Stuffing pork or poultry makes the entire dish a delicacy. A stuffed turkey, an integral part of Thanksgiving, is one of the best meals to be ever had. Ingredients

  • 3 cups dry bread cubes
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • cup chicken broth
  • cup chopped celery
  • cup butter
  • teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • teaspoon garlic salt
  • teaspoon ground sage
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
In a pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onion and celery and saute till they become tender. Mix the bread cubes, garlic salt, chicken broth, pepper and sage and stir well. Add salt to taste and use it as a stuffing for turkey or chicken.

Easy Homemade Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 medium-sized onion, diced
  • 10 slices whole wheat bread
  • 6 large mushrooms, chopped
  • cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • cup chopped celery
  • cup water
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt butter and add onion, mushrooms and celery and cook till they become tender. After this mixture cools, add water and mix well. In a separate pan, toast the bread and cut it into small pieces. Transfer the bread slices to a baking bowl and add poultry seasoning and bread mixture and stir well. Bake this dish in a preheated oven at 350 C for about 25 minutes. Serve this dish with beef or pork.

  • 10 slices toasted bread, cut into cubes
  • 6 oz. cornbread mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • cup chopped celery (optional)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a batter. Transfer this batter to a baking casserole and cook it in a preheated oven at 175 C for about 30 minutes. You can use this stuffing recipe for chicken as well.

  • 6 large peppers
  • 1 medium-sized onion, diced

  • 4 servings cooked rice

Preparation
In a large saucepan, mix the beef, onion and pepper and cook till the beef turns brown. Add the rice, water and tomato sauce for about 5 minutes till the liquid starts to simmer.   • 1 large green cabbage
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pounds minced beef

In a large saucepan, boil the cabbage for about 15 minutes, until the leaves are gently cooked. Peel the leaves and cut the core. In a skillet, mix beef, tomato sauce and rice, and cook until the meat turns light brown. Pour the tomato juice and mix well.
