Commercial hair dyes contain harsh chemicals which might have an adverse effect on your hair and can cause hair damage. These dyes can also lead to hair loss. Hence, instead of using these, one can opt for natural hair dyes which can be made easily at home with the products present in your kitchen. Also, these do not cause harm to your hair as they are devoid of synthetic chemicals. Natural hair dye products are available at medical or general stores. Before you apply any natural hair dye, having complete natural hair dye information is mandatory as it will aid you in the dyeing process.
The materials you will require for making this hair dye are rosemary, sage and water. The first step is to mix rosemary and sage in equal amounts. You can take cup of each liquid. Next, add this mixture to two cups of water. Now, on a low flame heat this mixture. Allow it to soak and mix well for an hour after which, you can strain the liquid and use it. Take this liquid in your hands and apply it uniformly on the roots. Allow this mixture to be on the hair for 40 to 60 minutes and then wash it off. Initially, for a month repeat this process twice in a week and later on, once in a week will be enough. This will help in darkening your gray hair, fighting dandruff and strengthening the hair. The darkening is mainly because of sage in the mixture.

After 30 minutes, remove these tea bags. Now, add 8 to 10 drops of lavender oil to this liquid. After this, add cup of plain yogurt to this mixture. Make sure that you mix it well. This will ready your homemade hair dye recipe. Apply this mixture uniformly and let it be on your hair for 45 minutes after which, it can be washed with plain water and mild shampoo. After this, you can apply conditioner to your hair. Chamomile helps in the process of darkening. This process can be repeated once in a week. This suits all kinds of hair.
