Home Gym Reviews - Best Rated Home Gyms

When health became the new 'in' thing, gyms gained popularity. Soon, each city saw gyms mushrooming in every nook and corner. However, soon the fad fizzed out and home gyms took their place. Soon, all the fitness stores had special offers. However, home gyms are the smarter choice. So, if you are one of the smart people choosing a home gym as a lifestyle choice, then this article is for you.

These reviews are on the basis of the customer satisfaction and preferences of the fitness equipment. Let the games begin!!

Hoist V5
This is a single stack home gym. It is one of the best constructed gyms in the market. One of the best things about the Hoist V5 is that it can give a great work out, even to the smallest muscles. More so, the Hoist V5 is very adjustable. As such, it is very apt for use at home. It is, however, very expensive, giving it a drawback in spite of its lifetime warranty offer.

BodyCraft X2 Family Xpress
This is a double-stacked and is as such, it is perfect for family use. In fact, 2 people can work out on it at the same time. It is very versatile and a lot of exercises can be practiced on it. However, pectoral exercises cannot be done on it. On a better note, it has approximately 400 lbs of leg press and comes with lifetime warranty. However, the expense that one would need to purchase this piece of machinery is quite high. Another drawback that cannot be ignored is, that the BodyCraft X2 takes up a lot of space, hence, it is applicable only for slightly bigger houses.

BodyCraft Galena
This is one of the best compact gyms. One of the best aspects of this is, that it is very compact (as the category may have suggested) and hence, takes very little floor space. It can fit in a corner. It is very versatile and several exercises can be done on it. More so, it supports multiple users at the same time. It is not very expensive and comes with a lifetime warranty. However, it needs assembly, which can be a tedious and difficult task. More so, the leg press (if you opt for it) costs extra.

Powertec Workbench Leverage Gym WB-LS
This one is perfect for someone who is hardcore into weightlifting. It is priced really economically, however, the lifetime warranty is for the frame only. More so, the weights are not included in the cost of the home gym. However, it is much safer to use than free weights. Nonetheless, if you are a beginner, then this is not the system for you. Further, assembling it is very time-consuming and in general the equipment can seem to be quite cumbersome. So, my suggestion, only heavy workers should opt for this gym.

Weider Max Ultra
This is a cheap home gym. More so, as per usage, you can upgrade the resistance from 240 to 440 lbs. This gives it a whole load versatility and makes it very user-friendly. The bows come with lifetime warranty, however, the assembly is a long process, that mostly takes two people. More so, the equipment is not very smooth. This can create a slight bit of a problem in the workout.

Whichever equipment you opt for, make sure you go through the instructions before use. Further, make sure that the home gym designs are appropriate for your usage. This is where I sign off! Have a good work out!!
