Oiling and Massaging the Scalp
Do you use oil just to control your hair that is all set to stand on end every morning? Well, you need to know that merely rubbing a few drops of oil on the hair won't help. You need to ensure that the oil reaches the scalp, because this is where the hair bulb is. It is this (living) part of the hair that actually requires nutrition in the form of hair oil. A dry scalp will but naturally lead to not only problems like hair loss but also dandruff. Hence, a regular warm oil massage of the scalp can do wonders for your hair, as it helps to rejuvenate the hair bulb.
Diet
As cliched as it may seem, but one of the important things to concentrate on is your diet. They say diet can help cure, or at least alleviate almost any disease or disorder. This is the reason why you need to pay attention to your diet. Eating a lot of green vegetables and fruits will help keep your skin and even hair shiny and healthy. Also, going in for a high protein diet will also aid greatly in your quest of regrowing hair naturally. This is mainly because hair is made up of protein (keratin). There are also certain hair vitamins for men that one can consume, although these are by no means a substitute for a healthy and wholesome meal.

Men tend to be very lax about their hair care routine. Well, of course, you can't expect them to go and pick out shampoos that have exotic fruit additives that will soothe the hair and the scalp (that would be taking vanity to a whole new level!). It clearly shows on our body when we are overstressed - the baggy eyes, low energy levels, irritable nature, etc. However, in the long run, stress is a contributing factor to a lot more conditions ranging from something as mild as hair loss to something as serious as heart diseases and high blood pressure. Hence, the importance of healthy living and a stress free life cannot be stressed on enough. So, as a hair loss prevention measure, one needs to set a routine for oneself by eating right, sleeping for at least six to eight hours and exercising on a regular basis. So, say goodbye to stress if you want healthy hair!
This was all about natural hair regrowth. The fact is that in the past, the stronger sex used to be quite lax about taking care of their hair, which for them bordered on being exceedingly vain.
