Hot Oils
Hot oil hair treatment is very beneficial for women whose hair have become dry and damaged. For this natural hair treatment, you would need some good quality oils such as olive oil, jojoba oil, sandalwood essential oil, geranium oil, vitamin-E oil and lavender oil. Take half a tablespoon each of these oils and put in a saucepan. Add half tablespoon honey to this mixture and heat it. When it gets the appropriate temperature (do not make it too hot or it will ruin your hair), take a cotton ball and with it, apply the oil on your scalp by parting your hair into sections. Once the scalp is done, apply the oil on to your hair with your finger fingertips. After this, massage your hair and scalp. To make hot oil treatment for hair more relaxing, you can ask someone else to give you a hair massage. Continue massaging for about ten minutes and after that, wear a shower cap. Leave the oil on your hair for an hour or so and then shampoo as usual.

Yogurt
Application of yogurt on the hair, which is naturally acidic in nature, is another effective conditioning treatment. Simply take a cup of fresh yogurt and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to it. Wash your hair and rinse. Apply this yogurt mixture on damp hair and scalp with fingertips. Wear a shower cap and leave the mixture on the hair for about an hour. In the end, wash off with a shampoo.

Avocado
Although, it may take an effort to find them, yet avocados are one of the best natural hair conditioners. Take an avocado and mash it. Add a tablespoon of coconut milk and half mashed banana to it. The mixture should be of the right consistency, similar to that of a shampoo. Apply this hair mask on the hair and scalp, wear a shower cap and leave on for half an hour. After that shampoo your hair as usual.

Quality Conditioner
Buy a good quality conditioner, meant for your hair type. Take a small amount of this conditioner in a bowl and add food pulps such as banana, mango and avocado to it. These food pulps contain natural oils and hence, make the hair softer. Start with shampooing your hair. After that rinse your hair and apply the conditioner on the hair, leaving the scalp. Follow this up by wrapping your head with a hot towel (soak a towel in hot water and wrung it). This will help the hair to better absorb the ingredients of the conditioner. Leave it on for half an hour and then wash the hair with lukewarm water to take out the conditioner. Do not shampoo the hair for the next twenty four hours after this hair conditioning treatment.
