There are exercises which focus on a particular body part. Here are some of the exercises categorized accordingly. These exercises when done regularly, help to tone muscles fast.
Toning Flabby Arms
Push ups are effective for toning the muscles of the arms. You can combine squats with push ups. For doing this, you have to perform a squat with both your hands on either sides of your legs. Then, squat down and go in a push ups position. Perform one push up and then return to the squat position. Then return to the original position. There are many other exercises recommended to tone arms without weights. Tricep dips are effective in toning the arm muscles.
Toning Oblique Muscles
Oblique muscles are the ones, which are also known as love handles. Many people are looking for exercises for love handles. Oblique crunches are one of the most effective and beneficial exercises to tone the oblique section. Trunk twists are also a good warm up exercise. These exercises will help you tone muscles at home. Abdominal exercises are also some of the exercises which help reduce the fat around the abs and tone them.
Toning Legs

The total flexibility of the body increases with the yoga exercises. However, when you are doing the yoga exercises the breathing techniques of each exercise must be followed as per the instructions. Breathing plays a very important role in yoga exercises.
Pilates exercises at home are also a good technique of toning the muscles and losing weight. The flexibility and overall body awareness is increased with the pilates exercises. Although, there are different pilates exercises for different body parts, the pilates exercises focus on the core parts of the body like the buttocks, abs and the thighs. This is the area where maximum fat is accumulated.
