Cake Liner: This eyeliner is in powder form and needs a brush for application. The most common form of cake eyeliner is your eyeshadow. Use the cake eyeliner for creating a smudge look for a smoky effect.
Kohl Eyeliner: The Kohl eyeliner are available in dark shades usually and are one of the best eye liners for blue eyes. These are available in loose, pressed powder and pencil forms.
How to Apply Eyeliner

- The pinky finger of your dormant hand should be placed on your cheek.
- Using the other fingers of your dormant hand, pull the skin of your eyelid taut.
- Apply the colored eyeliner from the inside corner of the eyes, moving out.
- Make sure you draw the line close to your eyelash line.
- You should apply the eyeliner on the lower lid, but begin from the outside corner towards the inner corner.
