Things Required
- 1/4th cup of flaxseed
- 1 cup of water
- 4 drops of essential oil
- Alcohol (optional)
In a pan, mix the flaxseed and water together and start heating on low heat. You will need to keep on stirring in order to prevent the seeds from getting stuck at the bottom of the pan. You should continue with the process until the water boils. When the water boils, a frothy jelly will be formed.
