This cut has become very popular today, and artificial and real diamonds that are used in rings and earrings are made with the help of the Asscher cut. Asscher Cut Diamond Earrings
The Asscher cut is typically cubical and the table (top most part of a cut diamond is usually known as a table), usually has 4 equal sides. From the top, an Asscher cut diamond is bound to appear as a square, though one may also find some other versions. These artificial diamonds that are made using the Asscher cut can come in as cheap as USD 300. However, there are some versions that tend to be even more costly. The more similar the material is to a real diamond, the costlier the jewel becomes. In addition to that the more intricate and beautiful the cuts in the table of the diamond are, the more is its price. The same principle is also applicable to real diamonds, which are very costly.
