Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen spinach
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • tsp lemon juice
  • small onion, shredded
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley or 1 of dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • tablespoon onion powder and paprika
Defrost the spinach and squeeze the water out from it. Keep it in a paper towel so that all the extra moisture gets sucked out. You need the spinach completely dry for the dip to be smooth or else it will come out watery. Take a bowl, add chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic chives, parsley, salt, pepper, onion and paprika powder. Mix all the ingredients properly till it's smooth in consistency. Do a quick taste test and make sure all the amounts are to your liking. Serve it with crackers and warm rye bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of spinach, chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 4-6 oz artichoke hearts
  • 4 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper for taste

Add parmesan cheese in it and stir again. Let the mixture become thick. Once parmesan cheese has melted properly in the cream cheese, add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and artichoke hearts in it. Do a quick taste test and check the seasoning. Once the mixture is cooked, add the dried spinach in the cheese mix. Combine everything completely, so that there are no lumps left. Pour the dip into a bowl and serve it hot with some crackers or your choice of bread.
