Airbrush Makeup Reviews

Airbrush makeup; ever used it? If yes, then you would know how well the product works for your skin type. However, I am damn sure, many of you would love to experiment with this slightly expensive makeup product; we gals love experimenting, especially when it comes to makeup and stuff! Personally, I haven't used it and it is as new to me as to you all. So after a bit of research, this is what I have found out about the airbrush makeup. I guess, before attempting or experimenting, it is a safe bet to know about this product and basically how it works.

Well, first of all we need to understand what this beauty product is all about. As the name is clearly indicative, this makeup kit consists of a range of makeup products like foundation and blush in liquid form which you need to spray onto your face with the help of an airbrush. Now, if you happen to check, there are around 4 - 5 brands which have their line of airbrush makeup kits so let us see the reviews for each of them to understand how effective they are.

Dinair
Dinair Airbrush makeup kits; well can't overlook this popular brand preferred by many women! It provides the best makeup kits for starters as well as professionals and that too effective ones. All these kits mainly consist of a compressor, an airbrush cleaner, adapter and plug, foundation shades, and a travel case. There is an instructional DVD as well which guides you properly through the makeup process. They have their own tanning kits that have been extremely popular these days. Many women have a tough time applying the makeup initially since skilled hands are required however, when you get the knack of it, the makeup looks superbly awesome because it blends well with any kind of skin texture. Dinair airbrush makeup is best for hiding any sorts of scars or marks and tattoos on the face. Another advantage of using this brand is the long-lasting effect of liquid foundation makeup. Their customer service is excellent as well wherein they provide immediate help for all their customers. Cost $449 approx.

Luminess
The reviews aren't that positive mainly because of their lack of good service to customers. Many people have complained that the compressors used by them are of a low-grade quality. The result; lack of evenness in the overall makeup appearance. Also, the foundation colors are not up to the mark and do not come onto the face properly resulting in unsatisfied customers. Though the kit accessories are same as Dinair, the drawback is they may not be of good quality as compared to the cost associated with them. Cost $369 approx.

Temptu
Well, this one is the use-if-you-want-to type of airbrush makeup kit. Although not a bad deal, it has its share of pros and cons. Those people who attempted the Temptu airbrush makeup enjoyed the kind of stylish appearance it gave to their face and also the foundation worked excellent for them, however, the biggest flaw is the wetness associated after the application. The makeup does not dry quickly resulting in irritation and stickiness which is not liked by many people. If I had to rate this one, would give 2.5 out of 5! Cost $225 approx.

Sally Hansen
Well, one of the brands that really work for all skin types after the Dinair, is this one. This airbrush makeup has worked for many since it is easy to apply, available in a number of color foundations and comes onto the face so very easily, meaning blends with any type of skin texture. Sounds good, isn't it? Apart from being highly waterproof, it can be used for legs as well and after the application, makes anyone look most natural. If you check the ingredients, it is a blend of some natural ingredients and few chemicals which may lead to some irritation, though temporary. However, it is long-lasting and if you can't afford Dinair, then Sally Hansen is the product for you. Cost $63 approx. (the spray alone)

Well, honestly, if you ask me, although airbrush makeup techniques are easy to understand, these are way too expensive than other makeup and cosmetics like mineral makeup, and used mainly by professionals. But if you can afford it, then it is needless to say, go for Dinair Airbrush makeup! If not, then you have other choices as well.

P.S The reviews are according to the testimonials having upper hand. There might be people having their own preferences since every skin type is different and reacts differently to airbrush makeup.
